Fireman's Prayer for Steve Rucker

At the end of October, San Diego was ravaged by wildfires. There was one fireman casualty, Steve Rucker, who died while trying to save the historic town of Julian. I dropped all of my Christmas projects and started stitching another Fireman's Prayer, this time for Steve Rucker's family. This was my first project on linen, and I was really pleased with the way it came out. It took a little getting used to, stitching over two, but I think I'll be using linen a lot more now.
